Whatever little was achieved despite the same constraints as now. India revert back to their pre-2000mediocrity now, except with the heightened expectations caused by brief success. I pity India fans. And thank God, I was never one, as I discovered recently. I was just a fan of Laxman, Dravid, Sachin, Kumble, Dada, Srinath, and Sehwag probably. It doesn't hurt me to see "India" fail. I thank God I can never feel the pain that you guys are feeling now :)
Yes, a little stutter at teh end of their career for RSD, VVS, SRT is embarassing but that's not what we'll remember years down the line.
